Bin Caddy is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product from the date of purchase. Bin Caddy is warrantied to handle loads no more than 80 lbs for every four tracks.
If a manufacturing defect is suspected or is discovered, the customer can call 385-200-0405 and a customer service representative will assist with replacing the defective part(s). The customer will be required to provide a photo, or other evidence of the defect and submit the defective evidence by emailing organize@bincaddystorage.com. The customer will then be shipped, at no charge, a replacement part(s), once the defect is confirmed.
This warranty covers only installations done in accordance with the installation and handling instructions provided by Bin Caddy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance or by use contrary to our recommendations.
This warranty does not cover finish color changes due to exposure to environment, smoke, fumes, leaks, or abuse.
This warranty does not cover labor charges.
This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
There are no implied warranties, representations, or conditions,
We exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damage, loss, or expense.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
